If you book for over 15 people, you get an hour on a golf simulator thrown in for free, and bookings for more than 30 people gives you both golf sims to play with.

The Trophy Room

Capacity: 80 standing / 50 seated

The Trophy Room is our private function space. It’s ideal for corporate groups, sports clubs, milestone birthdays and end-of-year parties. The room includes:

  • A pool table

  • A large screen for presentations or keeping the game on

  • A tinted interior window for privacy

  • Space to theme or decorate

  • Optional access to the golf simulators

A $250 booking fee secures your date. Minimum spend may apply.

Add a golf simulator to your booking

Make it memorable. Book for over 15 people and get an hour on one of our Golf Genius simulators, or for groups of 30 and over you get access to both sims. For smaller groups the simulators are available as an optional add-on. Great for team building, work events or as a fun break between courses.

Functions & Group Bookings FAQs

  • Yes! As long as it’s tidy and damage-free. Chat with us to arrange setup times before your event . 

    Only Blu-Tack is allowed (no tape, pins, nails, or sticky strips). No glitter, confetti, or anything else that lingers

  • If you have a group of over 15 people you can get an hour on a simulator included in the cost of your booking, and for groups over 30 people, you booking includes both of our golf simulators for one hour. For smaller groups we can add the two golf simulators for only $100 per hour. Please contact us to confirm times and how this will work with the flow of the event.

  • We’ve got flexible options, chat with us about what’ll work best for your group: bar tab, cash bar or subsidised tab. Customised choices for beverage tabs include tap beers, house wines and spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks, or full choice with top-shelf spirits and cocktails.

  • No BYO food or booze, sorry. All catering and alcohol must be supplied by us.

    You’re welcome to bring a celebration cake, let us know in advance if fridge storage space is needed.

  • Absolutely. We’re more than happy to cater for gluten-free, vegan, allergy-friendly, and other dietary needs, just let us know when you book. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your requirements, please note we can’t guarantee the absence of trace elements.

  • Yes. For groups of 20 or more, we use our function menus to keep service fast and the food fresh.

  • Yes, but they’ll need to be with their parent or legal guardian from 9pm; that’s part of our liquor licence. Highchairs, colouring packs, and kid-friendly meals are available.

  • Yes, we’ve got plenty of parking right outside the venue. Parking is also available on the side road.

  • It is. We have accessible entrances, bathrooms, and seating. Let us know if anyone in your group needs extra support.
